TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operating at:

hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

  1. These Terms and Conditions specify in particular:
  • the rules for placing Orders,
  • the rules for concluding Sales Agreements,
  • the conditions for delivery of Products,
  • payment methods,
  • complaint and withdrawal procedures,
  • the rules for the provision of electronic services.
  1. These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the Store’s website in a manner enabling their download, storage and printing.

II. DEFINITIONS

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean:

  • Customer – a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit making purchases in the Store;
  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity;
  • Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a natural person conducting business activity who is entitled to Consumer rights under applicable law;
  • Seller – Oksana Afanasieva GOODUNIFORM;
  • Store – the online store operating at gooduniform.eu;
  • Product – products presented in the Store;
  • Personalized Products – Products made according to the Customer’s individual specification, including embroidery, printing, logos, custom markings or products made to order;
  • Sales Agreement – a distance sales agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller;
  • Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement.

III. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. In order to use the Store, the following are required:
  • a device with Internet access,
  • an up-to-date web browser,
  • an active e-mail address.
  1. The Seller uses cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  2. The Customer is obliged to use the Store in compliance with the law and good practices.
  3. It is prohibited to:
  • provide unlawful content,
  • undertake actions disrupting the operation of the Store,
  • use the Store for purposes contrary to law.

IV. PLACING ORDERS

  1. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day through the Store’s website.
  2. In order to place an Order, the Customer:
  • selects Products,
  • adds Products to the Cart,
  • chooses the delivery method,
  • selects the payment method,
  • provides the data necessary to complete the Order,
  • accepts these Terms and Conditions,
  • confirms the Order.
  1. After placing an Order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the Order.
  2. The Sales Agreement is concluded upon confirmation by the Seller that the Order has been accepted for processing.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer for additional Order verification.

V. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  1. All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices and include VAT.
  2. Delivery costs are indicated during the Order placement process.
  3. Available payment methods:
  • bank transfer,
  • online payments,
  • payment card,
  • BLIK,
  • PayPal,
  • other methods indicated in the Store.

VI. DELIVERY

  1. Delivery is carried out within Poland and selected European Union countries.
  2. Available delivery methods are indicated during the Order placement process.
  3. The Order fulfillment time is indicated next to the Product or agreed individually.
  4. In the case of made-to-order Products, the fulfillment time may be extended.
  5. The Seller shall not be liable for delays resulting from the carrier’s actions.
  6. The Customer should inspect the condition of the shipment upon delivery.

VII. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

  1. The Seller offers the possibility of producing Personalized Products.
  2. Personalization may include in particular:
  • embroidery,
  • printing,
  • company logo,
  • custom markings,
  • modifications to dimensions or product construction.
  1. The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the provided materials, in particular logos, graphics and descriptions.
  2. The Seller shall not be liable for errors resulting from materials supplied by the Customer.
  3. Personalized Products and Products made to individual order are non-returnable in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, except in the case of defective Products.
  4. Material colors may slightly differ from those displayed on the Customer’s device screen.
  5. Minor dimensional differences resulting from the specifics of textile production are acceptable.

VIII. COMPLAINTS

  1. The Seller shall be liable for the conformity of the Product with the Agreement in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Complaints may be submitted:

  • in writing to: Hieronima Derdowskiego 7, 81-369 Gdynia, Poland
  1. A complaint should include:
  • Customer details,
  • Order number,
  • description of the problem,
  • photos of the defect (if possible).
  1. Complaints shall be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  2. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller shall:
  • repair the Product,
  • replace the Product,
  • reduce the price,
  • refund the payment in accordance with applicable law.

IX. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
  2. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the Product is received.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a statement:

  • or in writing to: Hieronima Derdowskiego 7, 81-369 Gdynia, Poland
  1. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.
  2. Refunds shall be made no later than within 14 days from receipt of the returned Product or proof of its return.
  3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Personalized Products and Products made according to the Customer’s specifications.

X. PERSONAL DATA

  1. The controller of personal data is:

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
  2. Data is processed for the purpose of:
  • Order fulfillment,
  • complaint handling,
  • communication with the Customer,
  • fulfillment of legal obligations.
  1. The Customer has the right to:
  • access their data,
  • rectify their data,
  • erase their data,
  • restrict processing,
  • object to processing,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

XI. NEWSLETTER

  1. The Customer may consent to receive the Newsletter.
  2. The Newsletter is sent electronically to the provided e-mail address.
  3. The Customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time.

XII. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law and European Union law shall apply.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or organizational reasons.
  4. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall not affect Orders placed before the amendments enter into force.
