Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gooduniform.pl. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be sent to: Good Uniform, Hieronima Derdowskiego 7, 81-369 Gdynia, Poland. A returns form must be included with each returned parcel. It is available for download in Polish or English. Items sent without prior return approval may not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order separately after your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return approval. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
