Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide shipping across Poland and to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
If you require delivery to another country, please contact us and we will check the available shipping options and offer the best possible solution.
Which are the delivery options available?
With online or offline order, you can choose:
Delivery within Poland – Orders are shipped via DPD courier service, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Delivery across Europe – International orders are shipped via DPD courier service, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Store pickup – You can collect your order directly from our store at Hieronima Derdowskiego 7, 81-369, Gdynia, Poland.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated based on the volume of the order and the delivery address and is added to the order.
- Free shipping within Poland for orders over 500 PLN.
- Free shipping across Europe for orders over 200 EUR.
Shipping costs for orders below these amounts will be calculated at checkout.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Delivery time depends on the product availability and the selected delivery location. Product availability can be found on each product page.
- Delivery within Poland:
- 1–2 business days for products marked as In stock
- 5–10 business days for products marked as On order - Delivery across Europe:
- 3–6 business days for products marked as In stock
- 7–11 business days for products marked as On order

How do I know if my order is shipped?
When the order is shipped and a receipt is issued, you will receive an email with the order tracking number.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

For orders within Poland, prices are displayed in PLN (Polish złoty), and for orders across Europe, prices are shown in EUR.
